Refurbishment & Reuse
Testing and restoration of viable units to verified working condition — designed to extend product life cycles and recover commercial value from retired assets.
What We Do
Refurbishment & Reuse
Not every device reaching end-of-use has reached end-of-life. Cyclon's refurbishment and reuse capability is designed to identify viable units within incoming WEEE streams, restore them to verified working condition, and prepare them for reuse or resale. The process is built on systematic diagnosis, controlled restoration, and documented quality verification — not informal repair.

Our Process
Intake Assessment & Triage
Following intake logging, units are assessed for refurbishment viability against defined criteria — condition, age, component availability, and commercial value. Non-viable units are routed to dismantling or materials recovery.
Diagnosis & Testing
Viable units undergo systematic functional diagnosis. Faults are identified, documented, and assessed against repair feasibility criteria before any restoration work begins.
Restoration & Component Replacement
Approved units are restored using tested components. Work is carried out to defined process standards — not ad hoc repair. Each intervention is logged against the asset record.
Quality Verification & Grading
Restored units are tested against functional performance criteria and graded by condition. Only units meeting verified working condition standards are cleared for release.
Release for Reuse or Resale
Cleared units are packaged, documented, and prepared for client redeployment or resale channels. Full refurbishment records accompany each unit.
