Downstream & Compliance
Recovery without accountability is incomplete. Cyclon's downstream and compliance capability is designed to ensure that every output from the recovery platform — whether a refurbished unit, a recovered component batch, a material fraction, or a battery transfer — reaches a qualified downstream recipient with full documentation. The service encompasses offtaker qualification, transfer documentation, regulatory compliance reporting, and the chain-of-custody closure that makes the entire recovery process auditable end-to-end.

Our Process
Offtaker Qualification
Downstream recipients for each output type are qualified against defined criteria — licensing, regulatory compliance, processing capability, and environmental standards. Qualification is maintained and reviewed.
Output Preparation & Documentation
Recovered outputs are prepared for transfer with full accompanying documentation — quantity, condition, grade, origin batch references, and chain-of-custody records.
Transfer to Qualified Offtakers
Outputs are transferred to qualified downstream recipients via documented handover. Transfer records are created at point of handover and linked to the originating asset records.
Compliance Reporting
Transfer data is compiled into compliance reports covering material flows, quantities, downstream recipients, and regulatory classifications — supporting client reporting obligations.
Chain-of-Custody Closure
For each asset or batch that entered the platform, a complete chain-of-custody record is closed — from intake through every processing stage to final downstream transfer.
