About Cyclon
Cyclon is being built on a straightforward premise: retired and end-of-life electronics still hold significant recoverable value — and building the infrastructure to recover that value at industrial scale is both a commercial opportunity and a structural necessity.
The platform we are building
The volume of WEEE generated across Saudi Arabia and the GCC is substantial and growing — driven by enterprise technology refresh cycles, government digitisation programmes, consumer electronics turnover, and the expanding footprint of connected infrastructure. Today, most of that material is not being recovered at the level of value it contains.
Cyclon is building an integrated industrial platform to change that.
What the platform covers
Our recovery platform is being designed around six integrated service stages, arranged as an industrial flow:
Intake & Traceability — controlled receipt and chain-of-custody documentation for every asset entering the platform.
Refurbishment & Reuse — testing and restoration of viable units to verified working condition for reuse or resale.
Dismantling & Component Recovery — controlled dismantling to harvest, test, and grade reusable components from end-of-life equipment.
Materials Recovery — separation and recovery of metals, plastics, and PCB fractions for responsible downstream processing.
Battery Screening & Handling — safety-first triage, classification, and controlled handling of lithium-ion and other battery units.
Downstream & Compliance — qualified offtaker networks, regulatory compliance reporting, and full chain-of-custody closure.
What we handle
Six intake streams are being designed into the platform: small WEEE (phones, laptops, consumer electronics), enterprise and IT assets (servers, networking, telecoms), display units (TVs, monitors, screens), cooling equipment (ACs, refrigerators), large household appliances, and lithium-ion batteries as a specialist vertical.
Where we are building
Cyclon is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an initial focus on the Kingdom’s enterprise, government, and distributor market. GCC expansion is planned as the platform scales.
Our leadership team profiles will be published ahead of launch.
