Our Process
How It Works
Six engineered stages — designed to recover maximum value from every WEEE stream with full traceability at each step.
Cyclon’s platform is being designed around six integrated service stages, arranged as a single industrial recovery flow. Each stage represents a defined process from intake to downstream transfer — with documented procedures, clear routing logic, and traceable outputs at every step.
Every stage operates on the same principles: nothing moves without documentation, no assumption is made without assessment, and every output is traceable to its source asset.

Downstream & Compliance
Intake & Traceability
Assets are received, catalogued, and assigned chain-of-custody documentation before any processing begins.
Refurbishment & Reuse
Viable units undergo diagnosis, testing, and restoration to verified working condition for redeployment.
Dismantling & Component Recovery
Non-refurbishable units are dismantled in controlled conditions; working components are harvested and graded.
Materials Recovery
Residual equipment is processed to separate metals, plastics, and PCB fractions for downstream recycling.
Battery Screening & Handling
Battery units are triaged, classified by chemistry and condition, and routed through dedicated safe-handling protocols.
Downstream & Compliance
Recovered outputs are transferred to qualified offtakers with full compliance documentation and reporting.
