Intake & Traceability
Controlled receipt, documentation, and chain-of-custody tracking for every asset — the foundation of a recovery process built on accountability.
What We Do
Intake & Traceability
Before any asset can be recovered, it must be properly received, identified, and documented. Cyclon's intake and traceability service is designed to establish complete chain-of-custody from the moment equipment arrives — logging asset details, condition, origin, and routing before any downstream process begins. Every unit entering the platform will have a documented identity and a traceable path through the recovery flow.
Services
Our Process
Scheduled Collection or Drop-Off
Assets are received via scheduled collection from client sites or controlled drop-off at Cyclon's facility. Handover documentation is completed at point of transfer.
Intake Logging & Identification
Each asset is logged at intake — capturing make, model, serial number, condition grade, and source. Batch and individual asset records are created in the tracking system.
Condition Assessment & Routing
Assets are assessed against defined condition criteria and routed to the appropriate next service stage — refurbishment, dismantling, materials recovery, or battery handling.
Chain-of-Custody Documentation
A complete intake record is generated for each asset and batch, forming the basis for chain-of-custody documentation that follows the asset through every subsequent stage.
