Units are received, catalogued, and given a preliminary assessment to confirm scope of repair and feasibility.
Component-Level Diagnosis
Technicians diagnose faults to component level — identifying failed capacitors, drivers, control boards, and power stages.
Repair & Restoration
Targeted repairs are carried out using approved components. Where applicable, full board-level restoration is performed.
Load Testing & Release
Restored units are tested under operational load conditions. Pass/fail results are documented and units are released with test records.
