Parts & Component Recovery
Controlled dismantling to harvest, test, and grade reusable components — extending the productive life of every part.
What We Do
Parts Recovery
When a device cannot be cost-effectively refurbished as a whole unit, Cyclon's parts recovery process extracts the remaining value at component level. We systematically dismantle end-of-life electronics, harvest reusable parts, test them to functional standards, and grade them for resale or reuse. This turns surplus and scrap inventory into a verified supply of tested components.
Services
Our Process
Receipt & Logging
Incoming material is received, weighed, and catalogued. Each batch is assigned a tracking reference for full chain-of-custody.
Controlled Dismantling
Units are systematically dismantled using controlled processes that protect components from ESD and physical damage.
Harvesting & Grading
Identified components — ICs, capacitors, connectors, displays, drives — are harvested, sorted by type, and assigned condition grades.
Testing & Sale
Harvested parts are functionally tested. Verified parts are listed for resale or retained for internal reuse. Rejects go to materials recovery.
